If
you don't like what we have sent you let us know. We try
and guarantee 100% free from defects in materials and
workmanship. You may return them to us in their original
condition for exchange or full refund owing to defects
in materials or workmanship.
Our
Return Policy:
For
a full product refund or credit or exchange please return
your product to us within 10 days of when you received
them and in original condition. Please include a copy
of the invoice you received with a note indicating what
problem you think is wrong with the product, so we can
improve our products and service.
Unfortunately,
we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there
is a manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made
in processing your order. Please be advised that exchanges
that are not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing
error will incur replacement and shipping charges. We
do recommend that you return products to us insured otherwise
if something happens in transit and the package doesn't
get delivered we can't give you a refund. Once your
order is posted, our control over the delivery process
comes to an end as we rely on the postal and international
postal services.
BEFORE
returning any goods, you must contact us and obtain a
Goods Return Number (GRN).
No exchange
or refund can be given without a GRN, please email first.
Order
cancellations or changes must be made by close of the
